Recommend this dealer? No Purchased a vehicle from this dealer? Yes We bought a used Cadillac from Gavin H through the internet, he assured us it had passed inspection. When we received the vehicle, there was a major howl from the rear end. We emailed Gavin he wrote back that he had personally driven the vehicle a few weeks before and there was nothing wrong.He said he would get back to us when he talked to the Service Dept. Here is his email.. CC: Chris H, Used Car Manager Mercedes-Benz of Chandler I will call you to review with it you by tomorrow. I did say it was in good shape and was a viable car for its new owner. As to our safety inspection of it, I will have to check to see if it showed any of what you are referring to, which is unlikely it did because it was authorized to be put out for sale. As to the noise, our shop fully inspected the car and did road test it before approving it for sale of course. I did drive that car personally about 3-4 weeks back, and I did not notice any noises or issues with any noises that were abnormal. As to the crack in the dash, I was not aware of any issues with it. Although a crack in the dash would not be considered to be a safety flaw, if I were to have known about it I surely would’ve pointed it out to you. Also, with the crack in the dash, that is strange, as the shipper did not note any that, it may have occurred via transport possibly. I can gather our safety inspection on it, and have it reviewed and can call you with that in hand. Gavin H has not returned our emails or phone calls.I guess it does not matter if it is a, "Penske Mercedes-Benz" Dealership a Car Salesperson is a Car Salesperson.
