In March of 08, I decided it was time to trade in my 97 Toyota Tacoma for a new Tacoma. I started out doing all my research on Edmunds.com. I wanted to be totally prepaired when I visited several local Phoenix Toyota dealerships. My first few experiences were not very good. Most of the car salesman I encountered were working as if they were mindless and heartless robots with no emotion. IE: Power Toyota in Tempe. So after being frustrated with not finding a good deal on a new 08 Tacoma and not getting a fair offer for my trade in. I seriously considered giving up. It was then I decided to try one more place. I went to Big Two Toyota in Chandler. From the very first minute I arrived on the lot I was treated like a person and not just a customer. My salesman was named Derek Rice. He was a very outgoing and friendly. And was very concerned about what I was looking for and did not try to steer me to what he wanted. Overall it was a great experience from top to bottom. The entire sales team did all the right things to make purchasing my Tacoma a really easy and calming experience. I got a GREAT deal on my 08 Tacoma. I got it $500 under invoice and a more than fair deal on my trade in. The dealership wants to sell vehicles. And not try to squezze every single penny they can from their customers. I highly recommmend if your looking for a Toyota or Scion. Go here first. Don't waste your time at other places.
