Big Two Toyota of Chandler

Went to Big 2 Toyota on June 13 to see if we can get a car for my niece and her family who just arrived from the Philippines on work relocation. Since they don’t have any credit history yet, they are willing to put up to 50% downpayment. I was taken to Brian M’s office (the Finance Director). When we entered his office, he was on his cell phone texting. Mr M didn’t even shake my hand or at least acknowledge my presence. He just talked to the salesperson (while still texting on his cell phone) and said, “There’s nothing we can do for them. They can pay cash or get a co-signer”. Totally uncalled for! Very rude and unprofessional. We left his office and he was still texting! We went to San Tan Hyundai and was able to secure a pre-owned car with a 50% downpayment. I would not recommend Big 2 Toyota to family and friends. That experience was probably the worst I’ve even been treated. I feel humiliated and unappreciated! Stay away from this place if you don’t have perfect credit or at least don’t talk to Brian M …he will treat you like you are a waste of his time!
