Big Two Toyota of Chandler

I had two experiences with local dealers trying to buy a 2011 Camry Hybrid. After getting frustrated with Earnhardt Superstition Springs, I went to Bigh Two in Chandler. The sales agent I met during a previous visit on an early Sunday morning was there the evening I went to Big Two. I have been buying new vehicles nearly every two years for 30+ years, and have had up to four new cars at any one time. I have also leased company vehicles. I say this only to convince the reader that I have met and dealt with a significant number of sales agents. In general I rate the normal car buying experience as irritating at best. Having said that, I want to take my hat off to Rick Bombara and Big Two Toyota because my experience at purchasing an new Camry Hybrid was the nicest transaction ever. Rick is considerate, helpful, friendly, and genuinely concerned for the customers buying experience. He is an incredible gentleman and I have to say, that anyone that wants to buy a Toyota in the greater Phoenix area should visit Big Two and specifically ask for Rick!
