If I could give BIG TWO a review I would give them a negative 5 stars. Last week my husband and I went searching for a 3rd row vehicle for our growing family. We shopped around and decided on a Honda Pilot 2010 on BIG TWO'S lot. Once we sat down to discuss the price of the car the first "LIE" was the price. It had been raised from $20,099 to $21,099...I pointed it out and they said it was a mistake...then once we negotiated to trade in our car to put towards it the price the price did not go down it went back up according to all of their "fees". Then denied us, said that we needed either a co-signer or $5,000 down. We walked away, then found a co-signer the next day went back, they treated us grand and happy for us that it was working out. In Finance there were printed mistakes on the contract which they shredded and re-printed but stated that they would send them to the co-signer and then would have us sign. Had us sign a document stating that it was to ensure that if anything went wrong with the car we could bring it back...(when in reality the fine print stated that if the financing did not go through they could seize the car) We did not find any of this out until 4 days later when they called and said we had to return the car because no bank would Finance us (they made us believe that when we drove of the lot in our family car we would be financed with a monthly rate we negotiated and paid $350 out of pocket to get...that we were in the clear). Not only did they crush our hopes, they have humiliated us in front of our family and children, whom all have fallen in love with the car. Ron should have known better than to SCAM us into YO-YO Financing! Please do not go to this dealership, you could be next.
