Big Two Toyota of Chandler

First of all, I hate buying a new car... the stress involved just sucks. This was the first time that I've purchased a vehicle (I've bought 3 in the past) where there was no stress involved what-so-ever. I was initially just going to Big Two Toyota to test drive a Toyota Yaris Hatchback (as I was planning on doing the actual purchase at Power Tempe). But then I came to find out that Big Two honored the Costco Program, which influenced me to make my purchase with Big Two, and I couldn't be happier. They gave me a smoking deal (matching the Costco deal that I was going to get from Power Tempe) $100 above invoice. I did the Cash for Clunkers program, and initially they only gave me $50 dollars for scrap value of my clunker. Three weeks later they mailed me a check for $259 additional because my old vehicle scraped higher than they expected!!! Now that's honesty. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends/family, and I was somewhat surprised by some of the bad reviews, as my experience was smooth and all the people I had encounters with were very friendly. Also, they have a tree house that entertained my kids for the few hours we were there.
