Big Two Toyota of Chandler

First off just like everyone else just wanted to test drive that day because I was not ready to buy. So a hour later they are trying to push the paperwork on me without telling me what my interest would be when I asked for it they told me that interest is no big deal just pay early and I would not have to worry about it Ya right. Also they wanted to charge me for a 199.99 tint job, which I did not ask for but they said I had no choice when I told them I will walk out they stop arguing with me which I cant believe they were doing. At this time I was so upset I wanted to walk out which I should have done next were the payments way to high I said I could not afford it but yet they still pushed so finally still upset and frustrated we came to an agreement. At 130 they pulled the new scion Tc to the back to clean it up. I empted my old car and sat inside waiting an hour to sign the finance and warranty paperwork. Once I finally saw the finance guy my monthly payments went up even more even though I told the sales guys I could not pay more then what we agreed on which made me upset. I waited another 3 hours for my new car it took forever 7:00. They had to order my extra parts I purchased. I received a call four days later that the parts were in and I could drop the car off. I asked my boss if I could drop the car off which he said was fine. When I showed up they said all the parts are in but one I said fine keep the car give me a loaner which they did not have they told me to come back the next day and the part should be in. So once again asked the boss he said I could go again for the second time. When I got there they tried to make me pay for the loaner which after I argued they agreed not to charge. I told them to take there time because I am going on vacation and wont be back for a week and add the parts right because I do not want to come back again. The next day they call me and say the car is almost done which I thought was to quick since there were 12 parts to put on the car so I called the sales guy and asked if he could check on it for me when he called me back he said that there was a lot to do still and wont be done until tomorrow which was funny because the service guy called me right as I hung up the phone and said it would be done in a hour. Hour later I pick up the car. I took it home and left for my vacation a week later I look the car over again and saw that a big part was missing the front strut bar. You would have thought that they would have called and told me but thank god I know my cars because they would have ripped me off and kept the part. So I call no one can help me because everyone involved has the day off and once again waiting. Sum everything up Very unprofessional, only help at their convenience they ruined the whole buying a new car experience. I am so unhappy and feel like I was taking advantage of. If your buying a scion it the same price every where try another dealership first before you go here I would not even give a star
