Gateway Chevrolet

My wife and I came to Gateway Chevrolet in search for a new vehicle and we were first greeted by Tony. Tony is a very knowledgeable and caring person. He treated us with the upmost respect. There was no pressure to buy. I decided to get the Chevrolet Silverado ltz and in finance i was greeted by Esteban or Steve. He was very caring and very outgoing as well as knowledgeable in his work. Even though i had a very bad experience with another finance associate the following day and ended up returning the truck, Tony and Esteban never gave up on me. I got to keep my truck and when they said that they would rather earn a customer than earn money, I knew i was at the right place. Thank you Tony and Steve, for the best customer service experience i have had.
