Serra Honda of Sylacauga

Was turned over by salesman to Mgr when negotiating Price. Mgr. agreed to my offer of $19,000.00 plus tax and Fee's. and we both signed & initialed buyers order. ( Inc. a $995.00 doc/clerical fee which is Robbery in & of it self ) Later salesman returned with another buyers order with only a total price on it, said Bus. Mgr needed to complete paperwork. I'm a dummy and didn't check the math. Had my wife drive down from Birmingham to Sylacauga to pick up her New car. In Bus. office Surprise! they'd added $199.00 for tire Nitrogen, making price $19,000.00 plus $199.00 plus tax & fee's. I didn't want to disappoint her, so I signed. Wish now I'd told them what to do with their $199.00 nitrogen and $995.00 Doc fee! Later bought myself new vehicle, but didn't consider Honda, as if Honda America Mfg.will franchise Serra I must question their ethic's also.
