Serra Honda of Sylacauga

I picked up my 2009 civic si from this dealer and the experience could not have been better. I email the honda dealers in my area through edmunds, they were the edmunds preferred dealers, and David Hutto at Serra sylagauga was the only one that emailed me back that day with an out the door quote. Other prices came flowing in the new few days, but no out the door prices were offered and only one other dealer even gave me a price. David was patient with me while I sorted everything out. He never changed the price, even though I was quoted a month before I bought the car. No pressure test drive and I walked out the door with my new car in about an hour and a half. A++, 5 stars, 100% whatever scale you want this experience topped it.
