I got pictures of Ms. Jane and Mr. Keith at Glynn Smith. If you can get your troubled Chevy to their service door your problems are solved. Not only are they knowledgeable, polite, and empathetic, but they know how to get the job done. Just don't be standing in the door way if they are headed out to check on a customers repair.
