Glynn Smith Chevrolet GMC

I have bought, traded 5 Trucks in the past 2 years and have sent 15 pluss people that have purchased them selfs... I truly thought theses guys was like family to me... NOT this time, loyalty out the window...After buying a New truck from them just 2 weeks ago, I called my Saleman "Ty" and asked where was the trailer brakes controls that it said on the window sticker it had a towing package...Like ALL the Trucks I have bought.. He said well if you would have asked I would have told you... Ok, I call Jared the GM Manager that I considered a "friend" to ask about It. He told me everybody doesn't use there truck for towing. That wasn't the point it said it had the package...Again we have never run across that problem.. I said dang I am the only one " he replied Obviously so.. I new I was done taking at that point. Never even offer to install it on my dime.. NO I am NOT a problem child there are many of guys I work with have had problems after problems.. I have always taken up for theses guys.. No sir ,never again.
