Blower motor replacement

onI believe that it was just an honest miscommunication. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and professional but I thought your service department was simply going to replace my AC BLOWER MOTOR AND CABIN FILTER. I rented a car for the day and returned at 17.00HRS Nothing was done. He thought it was a three day process. PEP BOYS did it in couple of hours. Again, I think it was just a simple miscommunication and the gentleman was very kind. No resentments in my heart. I was an Army officer in special forces and communication is really important but I guess I failed as well. Please don’t penalize this kind man for miscommunication
