onMy vehicle sat at the dealership for 4 months with hardly any communication between the service department and myself. I had to always call them and they barely answered the phone or even returned my calls. I finally picked my vehicle up with no work done to it at all and I had to purchase a new battery for it because it sat so long. The problem was never solved, so now I have to find another place to do the work.
