2012 Ford Van service

onAs far as the repair itself, I have no complaints. Everything seems to be working great now. But as a business owner for 23 years, I am particular about communication. I understand delays happen and have no issue with the delay on my van. But there was zero communication to me about any delay. At one point I really felt as if I was rushed off the phone. I only found out about a delay in a part when I called in after two days of being told me vehicle would be ready. Again the repair was great but the communication along the process for me was poor.
