Dealership Service Review
After 17 years of patronage with Treadwell Ford now Autonation, I have never been so disappointed. I arrived in the 9 o'clock hour for a later morning appt to no avail. I was told that I needed to leave the vehicle and return around closing. WHAT? For an airbag recall, oil change, tire rotation, and tire sensor light repair? Wow!!! So I asked if I could be dropped off at home, granted a rent a car, dropped off at my doctor's appointment or something? I was met with a resoundin NO! No interest in accommodating or assisting me at all. In fact, my service advisor told me " There is another Ford store 6 miles down the road." Are you serious? After 17 years of patronage to this establishment buying a car off the showroom floor and using the service department for EVERYTHING batteries, oil changes, tire sets replacements for 17 years...Flabbergasted. i spoke with the service manager Jerry Cassity, who boasted of being an employee there for 35 years, defended the service advisor, Chris Adams' actions. I went straight to the General Manager Maher who verbally apologized and asked for the names of the rude subordinates. I admitted I wasn't concerned of veteran service manager Jerry Cassity or Chris Adams being reprimanded on my account I simply served notice that I have no iinterests or intentions of returning back to Autonation Ford for anything again. General Manager Maher did ask if I would give the dealership another chance. That was sweet. I told him I never say never and left there for my forever. I took the rude, unprofessional service advisor's advice along with my money and journeyed 6 miles awar and received impeccable service at MULLINAX FORD woth a 2 hour wait to get everything I requested granted. Service is everything. Never will I spend my money in an establishment that shows me that I am not wanted there ever again.
