AutoNation Ford Mobile

The only thing consistent at this service department is their inconsistency. From less than professional and knowledgeable service advisors to a staff that does not perform all services requested or even advertised. Have even had my vehicle damaged while in service department care and not made aware of. Had to find on my own next day. Always an issue when taking my vehicle to this dealership and frankly, prices have gotten utterly ridiculous for a diesel service. Will look at different manufactures or travel out of Mobile to another Ford dealership for future purchase. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership. They quote one price and when vehicle is complete the price is another, obviously more and basically hold your vehicle ransom until you pay their price.
