My overall experience at this dealership has been great. When I purchased my GMC truck, I wasn't made to feel stupid for asking questions or taking a moment to think on it. I also have good experiences with installation of items and my services. I love the points you can earn with the GMC credit card and the special offers on services I receive in the mail. Everyone seems to be down to earth and welcoming. Please keep this "family" feeling at your dealership as most places have lost this touch. If i ever purchase another vehicle, I will return to Carl Cannon and recommend others to you.
