Regret doing business with basswood

Basswood is making everything good and removing the unwanted items from my purchase even though I know legally they don't have to because I signed the contract so am changing my rating for them to five stars. Also I would like to say the salesmen I had was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Basswood has contacted me and are going to remove the charges I felt weren't made clear to me at time of purchase. Most of the issues with this purchase could have been avoided if I had just used common sense and read contract more thoroughly so I except most of the blame on things going wrong. My problem I did have was not from the salesmen but when it was time to set down and sighn papers at the end with another man. The salesmen seemed to be a good guy.
