I look forward to buying a car about as much as I do prepping for a colonoscopy. That said, from the time we were approached by Sherelle Holly, our salesperson, to dealing with her manager, Pat Francis, inside, to finishing the paperwork with Alina, it was professional and pleasurable. Most impressively, they didn't play the ridiculous salesperson run back and forth between us and the manager game; we all went to negotiate with Mr. Francis on price, and he was upfront and fair. They also didn't blink an eye when I asked them if they could put the car (it's a used car) up on a lift so I could look underneath, and Mr. Francis drove it onto the lift himself! No attitudes, no games, great service and follow up. Highly recommended!
