Shannon Letts was our salesperson. I spoke with her on the phone before e drove to Voyles in Birmingham to look at available Jeeps. She was waiting for us when we arrived and had keys ready for us to test drive the Jeep we were interested in. Shannon is very knowledgeable about the Jeep brand and was able to answer all of our questions. We decided to purchase and the process was the best we've ever experienced. No haggling, just a fair offer from Voyles on our trade and the new Jeep. Shannon was fast and efficient, and we were signing the papers before we knew it. She made sure the new Jeep was cleaned up and ready to go when we were done, cleaned all of our stuff out of our trade in, and made sure we were satisfied when we left.
