Edwards on 280- not what they used to be

I dropped my car off for an oil change. I was quoted a price of $89. When I payed my bill it had jumped to $142 dollars. I don’t know why. When I went out to my car it had an oily hand print in the lower passenger door. The service writer offered to wipe it off with industrial degreased and a nasty rag. 2007 yellow corvette. 100% unacceptable
