SEATTLE BMW ROCKS!

Our kids are in college, new are new to town. We were hoping to find the same friendly, over-the-top, above-and-beyond service that we receive from our local dealership over the past 12 years. Our service advisor Tony A. was fantastic. Exceeded our expectations! Professional, understanding and extremely effective in fixing our vehicle and getting me back on the road promptly. We look forward to buying our next vehicle from Seattle BMW! Everyone was very friendly and the waiting area was extremely comfortable with coffee, soft drinks, wifi and delicious pastries! Who could ask for more??? LOL! Thank you Seattle BMW! You made quite an impression on a new Seattle family!
