Lexus of Bellevue

I had my first car service with this dealership and it was a great experience. If the service takes longer then 2 hrs, they give you a loaner car for free to use (I was having a rear seat DVD installed along with my oil change, so the service was longer then just a typical oil change). The service rep was nice and explained everything that needed to be done. When I got my car back, I noticed a little smudge like scratch on the door (Which I don't think I did). I mentioned this to the service rep, he promptly took the car, and brought it back in 5 min. with the scratch completely gone.
