Lexus of Bellevue

I walked away feeling a little cheated after a transaction (a new car purchase plus a trade-in) I made about two weeks ago with the dealership. I voiced my concern, and, to my surprise, the general manager called me to set things right. It turned out to be a little misunderstanding, but the GM still went out of his way to make sure I am completely happy with the transaction. I was extremely satisfied with both the quick resolution and total transparency in the way they do business. I would like to give a special shout-out to my sales consultant Scott Wilson and his team for their endless patience. Scott and his team really want you to take the time to make your decision without rushing you to close the deal. During the entire purchase experience, I never felt rushed, and Scott and his team would answer every little question I had about various models and features. I was very happy that Scott was able to find the exact car that I like, and he had to special order my dream car from another dealership. :D Overall, I am very impressed with this dealership. I have purchased three cars from this dealership in about seven years, and I expect a long and fruitful relationship with Lexus of Bellevue.
