Stephen Wade Toyota

We were looking for a smaller SUV to replace our mid sized sedan. Safety ratings were my biggest factor followed by comfort and looks. I was surprised to find the Toyota Rav4 at the top of my list. I went to Stephen Wade to check them out. I told them at the reception desk I just wanted to look and wasn’t looking to buy just yet. They set me up with Sam Wright. He was super kind and not pushy at all. He was fine with taking the time to show me around knowing I wasn’t intending to purchase right away. He said that if he treated me right and helped me now, when I was ready to buy, I would come back and he could sell to me then. It was all about building the relationship for him and he treated me exactly like a long time customer that you want to keep around. After listening to what I wanted he suggested the Venza instead of the Rav4. The Venza fit exactly what I was looking for and more. So much so that I took my husband back later that day and two days later and a lot of research, we purchased the Venza. We were treated like VIP customers throughout the entire experience and never pushed to make a decision. The four things that sold me on buying the car earlier (by two months) than expected: 1- how friendly, knowledgeable & willing Sam was to just work with us whether we bought today or in July, 2- the beautiful car that checked off my entire list & had great reviews and ratings, 3- it just seemed like the right time in the market for us after doing some research, and 4- we have always had great service at Stephen Wade with our Tacoma.
