Strong Volkswagen

After months of researching cars, my husband and I decided on the Jetta TDI. We went to a different dealership to test drive one and the pressure was on! It was an uncomfortable experience to say the least, so we walked away from THAT dealership. The following week, we went to Strong VW to test drive the Jetta TDI and were met by Eric Gustavson. He was pleasant and personalbe, asked us what we wanted, and immediately showed us the Jetta of my dreams. He let us take it for a drive, without babysitting us. Upon our return, there wasn't any pressure to buy RIGHT NOW! There were no "Let's make a deal!" tactics. He simply talked to us about the car, showed us the features it has, answered our questions (as silly as some of them were), and let us make the decision on our own. We already knew we were going to buy the Jetta, but Eric didn't know that. The people at Strong VW were down to earth and not high strung. We had such a great feeling about the Strong VW itself, that we went ahead and purchased my Jetta TDI on the spot (we were going to wait a week or two)! I felt really good about giving Strong VW our hard earned money because they were respectful and they treated us well. They knew that buying a new car is a huge decision, and they respected that and gave us the space and time we needed to make that large financial decision.
