onI will never be able to say enough about the customer service I get from the team at NorthPark!!! After purchasing a used vehicle, after many leases, I thought I wouldn't be as important customer anymore. Boy was I wrong!! Joseph Acevedo and Chad Lyons made the purchase just as smooth as usual (even when I added a new husband to the mix) When Joseph called to tell me my plates were in, I said I would be coming through town, but wouldn't have time to go to the dealership. He offered to take them to North Park Lexus at the Dominion, which I would be driving right by! When we pulled in, my husband quickly pulled up to a truck that he had to get out and look at. Before I even got out of my truck Josh Perez pulled up to my truck, shook my husbands hand and starting putting on my new plates! Right in the driveway of new cars! (that will make an F150 feel important in a sea of Lexus) Whole thing took 7 minutes! And we were back on the road. North Park continues to give superior customer service the entire time you own the vehicle! (My husband was also shocked when I picked up my new vehicle and told him that I had to go say hi to Mark Woeppel. "He works in the service department?" to which I replied, nope. He is MY service guy that has taken care of me for Almost 15 years! And yes, he knew my name when I walked up)
The one negative thing I could say about the experience? Well, Josh put my plates on so fast that I didn't have time to explain why I needed to go say Hi to Chad Armstrong in the Subaru dealership! He too was my salesman previously and still considered a friend. Thank you North Park for always going above and beyond with great people and great customer service.
