Dealership Service Review
I was so excited about this car. It looked sporty and was great on gas. About a year after I had the car it started acting up the touch screen froze, the car shut off while driving down the road, and the list goes on. Each time it was taken back to the dealers since it was still under warranty. Most days that only resulted in a talk about how to pump gas however no idea why it was shutting down. Recently I had another outside mechanic take a look. MY REAR BRAKES HAVE NOT BEEN WORKING IN THE TWO YEARS IVE HAD THE CAR! Hyundia knew this and recalled the brakes given it was such a safety concern. However in all the times the dealer had my car in the last year it was never put on a lift and inspected. I simply can't own a car from a company who take my safety so carelessly. They never once informed me of the recall or notices that the work needed to be done!
