Bob Howard Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

So apparently I received an email containing a survey for this dealership regarding my experience, but I was not the one who did it. It was a work attached email so I have IS guys/gals able to access it, so it could have been one of them or perhaps it was entered wrong, I don't know. Regardless, since it seems they got a bad review from said survey, I wanted to do something to correct that! My salesperson Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and my entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. I love the Jeep I picked, and he was nothing but courteous and professional when I wanted to look at the different Jeep models and colors. I appreciated the patience he had with every question I asked, and if it was possible, I'd be happy to do another survey to say just that. I had a wonderful time picking out my new vehicle and would be happy to recommend the dealer to anyone in the market for something new.
