How a car deal should be. After doing research and trying to reach a deal at other dealerships we decided to give Hickory Toyota a chance. Upon arrival we found out that they did not have the color, even though the dealer has a huge number of cars on the lot, we wanted for our new car. Still talked to a saleman and explained what we were looking for. We told them how we would trade and of course we were told no. Not really an issue was expecting this. As we started to leave the GM came out and said ok. The entire process took 10 min not hours like at other dealers. Very friendly staff did not try to push things we did not want.
