onHad a safety recall for front drive shafts on my 2012 X5d...my service advisor Joel set me up with an appointment within days...on appointment day I went early due to a critical meeting ...Joel had an empty bay and immediately the service folks began work. That is superior customer service! Thanks to BMW of Asheville and Joel I was on my way in plenty of time for my meeting. These people are outstanding.
