I have been in the market for several months looking for a vehicle - after endless research, I finally decided to go with a Ford Edge SEL. I went to several dealers, one which I would never purchase a vehicle from if my life depended on it based on their shady business practices. I found the car I wanted at Salerno-Duane and was connected to Bob - when I say that my experience was overwhelming positive, that truly is an understatement. Bob was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond trying to assist me throughout the car buying process to insure that my experience was as pleasant as buying a car could be. I was most impressed when not only did the dealership contact me to initially apologize that one vehicle that I was interested in was no longer available (as I was leaving to go to the dealership for a test drive), but that Bob contacted me himself to make sure that I received the message and personally apologize. This is service that is taken for granted and quite frankly, just doesn't happen anymore. Not only did I purchase my vehicle through Salerno-Duane and Bob, but they actually made the experience pleasant. Where I dreaded the whole buying process, they made the purchase easy and seamless - I was truly excited knowing that I would be getting a new vehicle and that I was dealing with an upstanding, respectable dealership. It is refreshing to see that customer service is not just a word but a belief - something that is missing from most dealerships today. I would strongly recommend any person in the market looking for a vehicle to contact Salerno-Duane and especially Bob to assist you with questions, concerns, etc. You'll see customer service as it should be not what it has become.
