We were hesitant to go car shopping because we did not want to deal with a pushy salesman. We dealt with Craig for a couple of test drives and after debating a while on which car we wanted we returned to Mastria Subaru mainly because we loved the car and because Craig was great to deal with. We love our new Crosstrek and had a stress free experience.
