Tim Sousa was awesome to deal with

This was my first service appointment at the Audi dealer. I've had my A3 for almost 6 months and I Love it!! This service was for a recall. Tim Sousa couldn't have been nicer!! He explained everything to me and answered a few questions I had.. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. I was so comfortable with the whole experience!! Tim is a great rep for the Audi dealership!!
