Service wasn't what they promised on the phone.

onBased on the previous reviews my experience is not typical, however they did not deliver what they promised and I am upset.
We have two Acuras and I am not looking forward to returning to Rosenthal to have more work done.
I have a 2014 RDX and scheduled an appointment to have roof rails installed.
I called the morning of my appointment to confirm that there would be a loaner car.
The service department confirmed that there were still 3 loaners, but even if they weren't available Rosenthal has an agreement with Enterprise to secure a rental car.
When I dropped the car off I was told they were out of loaner cars.
No one in the service department could explain why they had confirmed the loaner car two hours previous to my scheduled appointment.
I do not mind waiting for service, but I was not told that I would have to wait.
The service manager apologized, but the woman who gave me misinformation shrugged her shoulders and went back to work.
Not sure why I would want to have anything else done here and as I write this I am concerned about the quality of their work.
