Rick Hendrick Buick GMC

I came in last month to buy an Arcadia for my wife from Lexi Roberts. I had nothing but great service from her and the staff. They were all very nice and I told them I would Come back and buy another truck in a month. Well less then two weeks later I came back! I bought a new truck like I promised! Again they were all awesome. Glenn and Lexi were very nice and they sure did go above and beyond once again. The reason I went To this dealership is because the sister company in Buford gave horrible service. Frank the sales manager at Rick Hendricks Chevy in Buford is very rude and does not know how to treat loyal customers, even if it bit him in the ass. I would of bought two more vehicles from him but he is a total num nuts and needs a good kick in the rear end realize what he did wrong. He needs some Major training. I have bought several vehicles from that dealership and he personally ruined my loyalty to them. I hope they give Lexi Roberts his job, I really do. She deserves to move up I will continue to use the Duluth GMC branch from now on. I also promise that I will be back to buy some more work trucks from them in the future due to the great service and quality of leadership at that branch. One thing that was exceptional was that hey bought me a burger when I had been waiting for several hours. I had no issues with waiting because they were working as fast as they could and I was being picky on vehicles. That was great on their part because the burger was great but it meant more then just lunch. It gained them future business not just because of the delicious burger but because of the way we we were treated from day one!!
