Josh is very nice and helpful, my dissatisfaction is not his fault. This was the 3rd time in a few weeks between both south and WP fields that I brought my car in for a tire pressure warning. All 3 times I mentioned maybe there's a slow leak and it wasn't until I insisted that they finally found a black nail in one of my tires because they finally took the time to actually look. I credit that to Josh for actually listening to me and not dismissing my suspicion. What upset me was that there were none of my tires in stock other than in Jacksonville or something and I had to be put in a rental at $0 cost to me of course but I hate loaners and rentals especially because of something as simple as a nail in the tire. So the next day I get a call from Josh saying the tire did not arrive because they couldn't find it at the other dealership. I wish dealerships would apply the Navy Seal philosophy, 2 is 1 and 1 is None. We look at a screen and we blindly believe it. If it says you have just one tire in stock, tell the other dealership that you will call them right back to confirm they actually have it in hand so that when the customer is told it will be here tomorrow, it means it will actually be here tomorrow therefore managing the customer's expectations. Again, not his fault, he told me what he was told by them. My one note to Josh would be for future reference don't leave the answer in their hands insist upon a visual confirmation of the item being actually in stock so that he can tell his customer that they really do have it in stock showing that he goes even further beyond for his customers. As far as the pricing, as far as paying a deductible for services when you're paying so much already for the extra and extended coverage is a turn in the opposite direction of customer service. I will take a serious pause before buying another BMW or any other brand that is known for expensive maintenance costs that offers coverage with a "copay" moving forward. If that's the new trend for luxury I'll be more than happy to buy a top of the line Toyota or Kia fully loaded at a fraction of the cost to buy and maintain. Lastly something that stood out for me here was these instructions --- "Do not type in ALL CAPS, No HTML, no links, no profanity" how low is your expectations when you have to ask for people not to "YELL" or cuss you out on Here? I think dealerships will be closer to the right track when you no longer have to make such a request of your customers. Thank you
