I wanted to thank Rafael Torres (Ralph) for helping me with my car purchase. He was patient and did not make me feel rushed. Pembroke Pines is quite a long way from home and to say I was less than enthused about going that far south is a gross understatement. I found staff at the dealership to be personal and welcoming.
