onPut a deposit down yesterday on a vehicle that I was excited to buy. Took a 1/2 day at work and went down to pay for it. Upon arriving and sitting for a while, I was told that they had mispriced the vehicle by 10,000.00 and they could not honor the price we agreed to on the phone I would like to think someone would double check their own prices but I understand that mistakes happen. However, what followed was a bumbling mess. They send out their floor manager to unpack a story of.....
First - they can't help me with any price adjustment
Second - no dealer fees is best they can do
Finally - $2000 total discount but they are taking a bath on the car
Sad to see how an honest mistake could lead to bad customer service. Go elsewhere....
