I really didn't buying a car could be as stress-free as our experience as Schomp BMW was. We came into the dealership with a used car in mind that we saw on the website. Len B. ultimately sold us the vehicle, but we never once felt pressured or mis-directed. Len pulled the car facts for us, answered all of our questions, and was extremely friendly. The Schomp no-haggle guarantee lived up to its name as the price on the car was the price we paid, but we never felt gouged. The price was the fair market price according to external estimators. We also were amazed at the 48 hour guarantee offered to us...even on a used car! We were comfortable purchasing the vehicle knowing we could bring it back within 48 hours if it didn't meet our expectations...guaranteed. Overall, our experience was tremendous: great customer service by Len, stress-free and fair pricing structure, and even a free lunch :) Thanks Schomp BMW for the wonderful experience!
