8 months ago, purchasing a BMW SUV was not high on our potential buying list but we wanted to check it out to make sure we understood the alternatives. We are glad it was the dark horse winner. What changed? 1) BMW really updated and changed the X5 this year. From styling to features…it is a whole new breed. 2) When you are ready to see it, ask for Audrey Q at BMW of Mountain View. She listened to what was important to us and tailored her message. She involved us in the multiple test drive by getting us to play with the car features not just drive the car. 3) no pressure and no knocking the alternatives. Just comparative information. 4) follow up after our visit as if we are the only ones she has to look after. 5) constant check in while we waited for the car to be made (4 months). 6) and last is the feeling we have a long term connection to BMW not just a sale for the month.
