Mike Abreu was very responsive to my questions and concerns. He was proactive in looking for and finding problems that could surface later. He listened closely to my described problems and was thorough in his attempt to affirm or deny the existence of any issue . He always returned calls and emails promptly. Impeccable professionalism.
