onI had a engine fan broken, caused by a loose shroud that mad contact with the fan causing chips on the blades. This is a used 2008 GMC Sierra with over 75k miles and being the 2nd owner I did not have a problem nor any push back from the service team covering the repairs under the original factory power train warranty. Ben my service writer never gave up on the trouble shooting and was always in contact with me. I did not have to call in on the status. I have had all my truck service down from this team at Henry Brown. I have received suck quality workmanship that I pass the lazy and lies of Earnhardt's dealership 1 mile from my house to drive to another city 14 miles to have service done by quality techs and down to earth people who treat me with respect and honesty. A must for those who wants things done right.
