I had just started looking for a Ford SUV and Uptown was the second stop. My salesperson, Brian, listened to my needs, informed me of options and explained them clearly as we went for a test ride, so I decided to buy from Uptown. They did not have the color in stock but found just what I wanted and the car was delivered in a few days.When I picked it up Brian again spent time going over all the features.
