2016 F-150 repair

2016 F-150 55k miles. Dropped off on Monday, July 17th for rear main seal oil leak and rotate tires. Truck sat at dealership till July 31 to start work. Service rep stated Uptown was short on technicians reason for delay. Picked up truck on Thursday, August 3rd. 18 days for repair! Never rotated tires as requested, however service rep tried to sell me $1,300 in new tires as my 2 year old tires were "dry rotting". This work was done via Ford purchased extended warranty. $100 deductible. Not sure if that might have caused delay. Will have to wait to see if leak/repair was corrected. Ford Motor Company , not Uptown, provided a 2023 F-150 loaner on Fiday July 28th, 4 days after drop off. Overall not a good experience.

Uptown Ford Service

When I arrived for my appt I had 7 vehicles in front of me in line, so I expected to be delayed. By my surprise, I got an oil change, tire rotation and a car wash with a call in 58 minutes I was ready to go. I appreciate that they value MY TIME and keep the schedule of the customers.

Service at Uptown Lincoln Motors in Milwaukee WI

They went way beyond the call of duty with this service on a 2022 Lincoln Navigator. Fixed the issue and returned the car in pristine condition to our door. The communication was superior and it makes all the difference in the world at the end of the day. Top notch!! I trust them and feel very good that this dealer is the right choice.

Not pleased with your “Works Package”

Well I was told 45minutes and it took nearly 3hrs. It says you topped off my fluids but the next day, my Washer Fluid Low notification came on. So if you didn’t fill my washer fluid, how do I know you topped off my other fluids.

Brought Corsair in for safety recall. Was greeted by name by service advisor, Curt Evers. Curt knew that there was a second recall on my car and he was able to get both of the recalls done at the same time which saved me another trip into the dealership. Service was completed in an extremely timely manner. Curt was extremely helpful, polite, and efficient.

Once again, I had work done on my car and I’m very satisfied. My advisor (I forgot his name) who was very kind and attentive, Michelle, whom I always have the pleasure working with as long as I’ve been going to Uptown and the front desk staff who I enjoy talking to while waiting for service, all have been very helpful, courteous, and caring. Whenever I bring my car to uptown for service, the staff remains the same. I really appreciate how kind they are, I can never go wrong. Thank you Uptown for your services and smiles, you always brighten my day!

Long wait

I brought in my car for an oil change for a 10 am appointment. I also decided to get tires. The tires had to be brought over from a warehouse. I was told maybe done by 1 or so. I said ok. I was called and told it might be until 5. I walked back , it was noon. I was told they hadn’t done the oil change yet as they were waiting for the tires. I canceled tires and still waited till 1:30. I was comped the oil change because of such a long wait. I was pleased with the comp, disappointed in the tire delay and my whole morning and part of the afternoon wasted waiting for my car.
