I've very satisfied with my new purchase, a 2018 Navigator L. This experience with Uptown was a complete surprise since I live in Michigan. The salesman and Manager were very helpful in having this transaction run smoothly, all the Staff were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. Last few car buying experiences had soured me from working with dealerships, hate the salesman games and then the pressure sales from the finance guy. Much better experience at Uptown working with Griff. And and even better experience working with the finance guy whose name escapes me at the moment but not the outstanding way he treated me and my wife. Both were top notch and we drove away in our new used truck feeling great about the purchase/trade and confident in the dealer and service they stand behind.

Ruth Wondolkowski, who I met at the Milwaukee Auto Show, never pressured me during this time with emails, texts or phone calls. She was always gracious and patient while I made up my mind.
