OMG!!! I'm so impressed with the entire team!!! They were Amazing ! The day I had the sensor replaced I didn't know I'd get there before closing. Miss Angela up front called me and had the car brought to me at home. I was thrilled because I didn’t want to leave it over night. Service Above and beyond!!!! Thanks So Much!!!

JH dealership goes out of their way to make the service experience a good one. The technicians and admin staff are super polite and keep customers updated throughout the servicing of your vehicle re: estimated time and any unforeseen issues. If they’re running behind, they do their best to make it right. Highly recommend.

Glad I took my kiester to Hiester!

I had a wonderful car buying experience at John Hiester Chevrolet in Lillington, NC. I was in the market for a used Rav-4. I compiled a list of potential buys on my own from a few different dealerships. The one I found at Hiester Chevrolet happened to be my first choice and turned out to be the right one. I found it on Carfax's website and sent an inquiry through that. Ashely Herrington responded in a timely and professional manner. She was very friendly and helpful with scheduling a time for me to come look at the vehicle and put it on hold for me until I could get there later in the day. When I arrived at the dealership I saw the vehicle was already pulled up out front. My husband and I were able to do an initial walk around without being descended upon by a swarm of salespeople. Once we got inside we were paired up with salesman Kris Klingel. He was very friendly and patient with our questions and concerns. I opted to not buy it right away that night, because I wanted a little more time to think about it after seeing and driving the vehicle. I also wanted to get my father's take on the vehicle because every daddy's girl no matter how grown they are likes to have dad's opinion on decisions like this. Kris and the sales manager were very accommodating to that and allowed me to take it to show my father which I greatly appreciated. The concerns I had when I returned the next day were addressed with professionalism. They really made me feel like they genuinely cared about me being satisfied with the resolutions to the questions I had. Kris never got impatient or pushy which is so refreshing to see in a salesman. I myself once worked at a high sales and service volume car dealership for a few years. So I know from personal experience how and why car salesmen tend to get a bad reputation. Take it from me - you need not worry about that with this dealership. In fact this is the only car dealership I have set foot on during business hours where I didn't feel like chum in shark infested waters. In fact Kris Klingel was more like Kris Kringle - getting my new to me vehicle was darn near as good as waking up on Christmas morning to find the toy you asked Santa to bring you. Thank you Kris for your patience and professionalism. And thank you John Kiester Chevrolet of Lillington for all your hospitality.

Great Service

Takes the time to do things right the first time. They won't look at code, repair code, not work, look at another code repeat... Waste of money. Sometimes something simple is causing codes and they are smart enough to already know that and check everything. Professional and have Carolina Common Since.

Service department kept updated on the status of my car by text message and called me when my car was ready. Staff were courteous and polite. They even assisted me when my drink purchase at the vending machine got stuck. They were awesome by responding to my text about adding a service. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I took my 2016 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ to John Heister for a check engine light. The diagnosed it and repaired it. They were very courteous and efficient and even provided valet service for me.

Drop car off that morning so they could do recall work. They did call me when they finish fixing it. At end of the day I went back to check and they were done and my car was sitting in lot. They were to email me psperwork stating it was done and what they did along with a quote to fix my touch pad in my cadlillac. I have not gotten either of them. Will have to take it somewhere else to get quote and have it fixed

Poor customer service and accountability

I dropped my car off on Saturday, had to wait for a part, so picked up on Tuesday. I took it because it was making a skipping sound and my mirror controls were not working. They told me, they could not duplicate the noise I was complaining about, but could fix the mirror problem. They also supposedly ran a diagnostic test. So when I picked my car up on Tuesday afternoon, before I could get home, after going to the store, my check engine light came on. I noticed my debit card, that was in my car console, was used on Monday (while my car was still at the shop). I called the dealer ship, spoke to the service manager, told him first about my check engine light, which he quickly informed me could not be contributed to my mirror motor. I told him why I originally brought the car in (skipping sound ) this could be reasonable that is the reason for said light. Had to take my car back to the shop on Wednesday morning. Guess what... they found purge valve issue . Why didn’t the diagnostic find this on Saturday? Now my debit card use... the manager said well he could not prove it happened while at the shop, and since most purchase attempts happened at motorcycle shops, he find it funny because no one that works at his shop ride motorcycles or dirt bikes... basically blowing off the fact that my debit card was used while my car and card was at their shop. Needless to say, that’s my last visit to this establishment. Poor customer service and didn’t care about my time of having to return my car one day after I picked it up.

Parts Department

I have purchased many replacement parts from this dealership and have spend a lot of money with them. I recently purchased a compressor clutch from their parts department. After my mechanic could not remove the old clutch from the compressor, I had to buy a whole new compressor which came with a clutch. When I returned the original clutch, the parts department not only charged me a "re-stocking fee", which I fully expected because it was an ordered part, but also charged me a "re-packing fee" to put the part in a new box. (I had opened the box to confirm it was the correct, undamaged part when I bought it). The part was $224.36. They charged me 50%, or $112.18 to take back an unused, uninstalled, NEW part. I was told that they would charge me labor to repackage it. $112.18 to place the part into a new box? The parts guy also told me that "You wouldn't want to buy an opened part, so we will have trouble selling it", but quite honestly, if it will save me some money I would buy an opened part. I thought it was funny that I was never asked if I wanted an opened part at a discount! That part could have easily been placed into another box and sold to the next customer. Most customers would not know the difference in the original box and a replacement box. I felt as though I was gouged for returning the part, which has really been unfortunate in light of the amount of business I gave them. I would rather hitchhike to another dealership for parts than drive back to Boulevard Chevrolet for anything. In today's economic times, people will gravitate to places of quality and customer service. I am no exception. Never again, Boulevard Chevrolet!
