terrible leather seats puting on my new escape

I even don't know if wring this review gonna change anything. but I still want to address it so the protential future customers will see this review and avoid this trap. I bought this brand new car from them, paid the extra for leather seat put on, the result is horrible. the leather seat is wrinkled up like 99 years old men's skin, so loose .after the trying to fix it ,the result don't make much better.and they just gave me the learther store's phone number,want me to contact them myself. after they did that ,I already knew they don't want be responsible this ,cause they already have my money and the signature on the contract. that is it. they don't care the the satisfication . I really wish there is some on the higher place and contact me and solve this. I know dealership is willing to see a repeat custom. ers .my vin number is 1fmcu9gx6eua81042. the contact info should be in your sale system

thank you for your quick respond. for some reason, my sale guy called me few days ago and following up my leather seats. I don't if it is because he saw the bad feedback online as well. anyway, I just don't want to call you yet, I want to see how he gonna solve the problem this time. if he or the leather guy still trying to fool me and say something like 'oh, that is the way they design' then I will give u a call. after all ,I trying to be nice, and I don't want to cause any troubles to anyone. thank you again.
