Above and Beyond Service!

First and foremost, I would like to thank Alireza for going above and beyond what I would ever expect. Due to a emergency, I was unable to pick up my car after the service was complete. Within a few hours, Alireza kindly drove my car to my home to drop it off (as another employee at Mercedes picked him up and brought him back). Not only did this extra help immensely help me during a stressful time, Alireza did this without any reservation as well as a smile on his face. It really is the extra details that go above and beyond . Excellent customer service- I highly recommend Mercedes South Bay for the service they provide to their customers.
